With no gym membership fee, the gyms are equipped to a high standard and all the equipment used is wiped and disinfected after each client. The gyms cater for those women who want privacy and comfort while exercising. Some women feel intimidated by men (and by other women) around them in a gym environment and prefer to exercise away from the sweaty and busy commercial gyms. In my gyms, there is never any time wasted whilst waiting for a machine or weights to be available.

You don’t need to be fit to see a Personal Trainer. Most of my clients are total beginners with no experience in a gym environment and have very little knowledge in nutrition. I will teach you how to use the machines, free weights and the gym equipment. I will show you how to prepare healthy meals to reach your goal. Your programme will be tailored for you and I will be available 24/7 to support you. Together will be get the results you always wanted.
